Bill’s passion is to share the grace, hope, and mercy that he has found in Jesus Christ with those who are far from Him.  His journey has taken him to work with Jr. High, High School Students, College, and Adults in several areas of the United States… until God led him here to Reno. Bill and his wife, Kim,  are now firmly planted at The Bridge and committed to the work that God is doing here to build bridges for people to come to Christ and grow in His grace.  Bill and Kim have four adult children that live in Phoenix, Seattle, and Reno. Bill joined our staff as our Senior Pastor in 2008.

Phil joined the staff at The Bridge in 2020 as Associate Pastor. He has previously served as a board member and Student Ministry leader. Phil has a solid grasp of the scriptures and teaches in a way that is engaging for people in varying age groups. His personal testimony is powerful and shows the work that God has done in his life over the years.

After spending five years at The Bridge volunteering with Student Ministries, the Media Team, and working on the website, Sam joined the staff in 2022 as the Student Ministry Intern. She has a passion for helping guide and teaching middle school and high school students as they discover Jesus and follow him throughout their walk into adulthood. Once being a reckless kid without a good relationship with the Lord, she works with her experiences to help guide the students through difficult circumstances they will face. In her free time, Sam enjoys spending time with her family in tense board game disputes and working on her next art project.
