What do you think about the statement: “Put your faith where your faith is?” In what ways do you see the believers in Ephesus doing this? How is this statement manifested in your life?

Paul was facing some pretty heavy opposition both from the unbelieving Jews and from the tradesmen that benefited from Artemis’ temple. When you face opposition what is your normal reaction? How does this differ from Paul's reaction?

When Paul’s message was rejected at the synagogue he started preaching at the “Hall of Tyrannus.”  What did this result in?  Share the details of how that was possible.

Share a story where you put a lot of time and planning into something and it failed. Why do you think God allowed that to happen? What did you do about it?

People were responding to the Gospel and the city was changing from that of idol worship to followers of Jesus.  Do you think it's possible to see your city changed in the same way? What are some ways you could help or be involved?
