Bridge News Update
Hello Bridge Family and Friends,
I hope you are having a great week. I am looking forward to worshiping with you this Sunday. We will finish our Financial Wisdom but talking about The Secret to Financial Wisdom. It's one we all can learn. I hope to see you here.
Financial Update Through October 31, 2023.
Budget: $380,000 Income: $383,418 Expenses: $383,912 (-493.00 YTD)
October Financials: Income: $30,417. Expenses: $38,085
I must share a concern with you. Our giving over the last four months has been much lower than most of the rest of the year. I ask that you pray with me for God's provision for us to end 2023 strong financially, not just so we can meet our budget but also so that we can have what will be needed as we search for the next Senior Pastor here at the Bridge. Let's trust God to provide and step out in faith and give as He directs.

Free Thanksgiving Buffet and Wheelchair giveaway to those in need November 21st and 22nd 11am – 3pm: The Bridge Church Kids Kingdom Hall
On Tuesday November21st and Wednesday November22nd we will be hosting a free Thanksgiving style meal with all the trimmings. No need to sign up just come by anytime between 11am and 3pm and you will be served. On those same days, there will be free wheelchairs given out to those who need them. Please go to TheBridgeReno.com/wheelchairs to sign up. This is all made possible by a partnership with The Bridge Church, Cookies For Kindness, The Katie Grace Foundation and local area Lions Clubs. It is one hundred percent volunteer driven so we would love some help with all the preparations. Please email Thomas Hill at cookies4kindness@gmail.com to sign up to help.

Discovering My Ministry Class: Sunday December 10th at 11:30am - Conference Room
If you have said yes to Jesus and have started a relationship with Him then you have been given at least one spiritual gift. This class focuses on discovering that gift as well as how you can use your talents, abilities, and past experiences all together to serve God. In this class we will develop your personal ministry profile and work towards discovering how God has uniquely shaped you to further His Kingdom. Financial Peace University: Starting Sunday, January 28th 11:30am The Bridge Church Reno - Learning Center – Bring a sack lunch: We will host Financial Peace University on Sundays after church. Financial Peace University is a nine-lesson course that teaches you how to save for emergencies, pay off debt fast, spend wisely, and invest for your future. And no complicated financial blah blah blah over here. For over 25 years, Dave Ramsey’s been teaching commonsense, biblical money principles that work. Sign up at https://thebridgereno.com/fpu
KIDS KINGDOM:We are having a great time learning about God's Blueprint for us. Parents, we encourage you to help your child learn our bible verses. I would like everyone to have their name in the book of Kings and Queens. Don't forget our Christmas Celebration on December 3rd, from 10-2. We still have slots for anyone who can help.
