Worship on the Grounds and BBQ.
This Sunday at 10:00 am we gather together for Worship on the Grounds for the first time with our New Welcome Center and Patio area. Our sister church: The Bridge Church in Spanish Springs will join us!
This will be a family friendly event, but we will have the Nursery available for those who need it. Here is everything you need to know about this exciting event.
Things to Consider Bringing:
Sunscreen (you will have the option of being inside or outside.)
Lawn Chair
Big Floppy Hat (to keep the sun our your head)
Sunglasses (we will be on a concrete patio and it can get bight out there this time of day)
Plus anything else you’d normally bring to church
Following worship on the grounds, we will set up tables and chairs and share a meal together. We will provide burgers, hotdogs, even a Taco Truck and drinks. the sides will be provided by all of us!
We are asking that you bring the following items based on your last name:
If your last name begins with A-H please bring a salad
If your last name begins with I-Q please bring a side dish
If you last name begins with R-Z please bring a dessert.
This a great time for people who call the Bridge Church home, this is also a great time to bring a friend or family member.

Reno Sparks Gospel Mission Baptisms Sunday May 28th at 1pm
The Reno Sparks Gospel Mission will be having baptisms in the worship center this Sunday afternoon at 1pm. Please consider sticking around after the bbq to hear stories of changed lives and witness their public commitment to follow Jesus. It will be a great time to support this partner of ours and celebrate new life in Jesus.
Community Garden Day: Wednesday June 7th
Come plant with us at Katie’s Community Garden. A fun time of cleaning up the garden and planting for the summer season. Morning and afternoon shifts are available and all are welcome to help. Please go to thebridgereno.com/garden to sign up to help.

If you are new to The Bridge Church this is a great place to learn all about our mission and vision and why we believe God has placed us here in this neighborhood. You will learn all about how we are reaching our community and world, you will also have the opportunity to become a member. Discovering My Ministry Class Sunday June 11th at 11:15am
If you have said yes to Jesus and have started a relationship with Him then you have been given at least one spiritual gift. This class focuses on discovering that gift as well as how you can use your talents, abilities, and past experiences all together to serve God. In this class we will develop your personal ministry profile and work towards discovering how God has uniquely shaped you to further His Kingdom. Please sign up using the connection card.
