Happy Friday Bridge Church Family!

As your pastor, I just have to say… that I am SO incredibly proud of each and every one of you! And that’s because every single week, I am absolutely overwhelmed with gratitude as I see you diligently and passionately pursuing Jesus and His purposes for your lives. Whether it’s in worship, discipleship, evangelism, ministry, or fellowship—I just want you to know that you are a church that truly practices the way of Jesus! And it is one of the greatest joys of my life to walk alongside you, and I can’t wait to gather again this Sunday!

This weekend we are continuing in our “Love Your Neighbor” series, and this Sunday I’m bringing a message straight from Philippians 2:1-8 that I’m calling "My Journey Toward Joy." And in this passage, we are going to learn about how following Jesus in the way we love others doesn’t just bless other people—it actually leads to lasting joy in our own lives! I believe this is a word we all need to hear, and I’d love for you to join us.

Also, this Sunday, we have something really special lined up: because the Bridge’s own Jeff Folkers is going to be sharing his own personal story of how he found The Bridge, what’s kept him here, and how he’s seen this church live out the love of Jesus in real, tangible ways. His testimony is powerful, and I know it’s going to inspire you!

Not only that, but we will also be lifting our voices in worship this Sunday as Elizabeth Kirk and her team are leading us in the following worship songs:

:notes: "Love the Lord"
:notes: "Forever"
:notes: "How Great Is Our God"
:notes: "Act Justly, Walk Humbly

"But listen—Sundays aren’t just about attending a service. Because at the Bridge, we’re family. And what do families do? They eat together! So this week, we’re celebrating International Chips & Dip Day with a FREE Chips & Dip Feast after our 10 AM worship experience! Stick around, enjoy some snacks, and get to know someone new in our Welcome Center.

Finally, I also want to challenge each of you this week by asking—who in your life needs to experience the love of Jesus? A friend? A co-worker? A family member? Invite them to come with you this Sunday! Let’s be a church that reaches out and welcomes people in.

And don’t forget to bring your Bibles and come with an open heart, ready for all that God is going to do!

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” – Proverbs 27:17

I can’t wait to see you Sunday! Love you all!

Pastor Rob
