What's New at the Bridge?

Hello Family and Friends,

I hope you are having a great week.  A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who filled out the Church Survey.  Everything has been turned in and we will let you know when have more information to share with you about our next step. Pray for God to use this important assessment to help direct us to better fulfill our Mission to Build Bridges for People to Come to Jesus and Grow In His Grace.

At the Annual Meeting this past Sunday, the vote was in favor go for two Sunday Morning Services to one 10:00 AM service. Please help us pass the word.

We will move to one 10:00 am Sunday Service beginning Sunday, March 5, 2023.
  • We will continue with our 9:00 am and 10:30 am Services through February.

Upcoming Events:

Children’s Ministry Volunteers Needed: Prayerfully consider joining our Children’s Ministry Team to invest in the youngest of those who attend the Bridge Church.   Our goal is to have enough volunteers that no one will serve more than two Sundays per month, thus being able to join in corporate worship on a regular basis.

Starting Point Class has been rescheduled for Sunday, Feb. 19th following the second service. You can sign up at this link: https://thebridgereno.ccbchurch.com/goto/forms/72/responses/new

Food Pantry:  Thursday, Feb. 16th from 8:00 am-10:00 am:  Please let anyone you know who is in need of food to come.  Thanks to all of you for helping make this important ministry available to so many.

                                                 Financial Update: January 31, 2023

                                  Budget: $38,000   Income:  $58,063        Expenses:  $35,345

Praise God with us for the strong such a strong provision for us as we begin 2023.  I am grateful for your partnership in the ministry of the Bridge both locally and globally as we seek to reach out to those who do not yet know the Lord Jesus.

I am loving this study in the Book of Acts and hope that you are as well.  This Sunday, we will dive into the greatest threat for the early Church, which is still the greatest threat for the Church today.  I hope that you will reach out to invite family or friend to join us this Sunday. I look forward to worshiping with you.

Blessings to you,
Pastor Bill
