Hello Family and Friends,
I hope that you all are having a great summer and being able to get out a little more and connect with others. I am grateful for the response we’ve had to our Wise Up series in Proverbs the last couple of weeks. Our small group had a great discussion about Anger last week that was encouraging and helpful. I hope you are taking some time to give more prayer and thought to the issues we are talking about.
Loneliness, anxiety and depression are on the rise all around us. Many of us reading this are probably experiencing some of this right now. What if there were something that the church might be able to do to help us deal with this? Join us this Sunday as we continue our study on God’s Wisdom for us in the Book of Proverbs. We’ll discuss Building Good Friendships. We all need one and we all can be one.
Upcoming Events:
Financial Update: June 30, 2022: Budget: $45.000 Income: $35,508 Expenses: $44,259
Year to Date: Budget: $270,000 Income: $236,517 Budget: $266,284
Welcome Center Update: The project is moving along quite fast. The dry wall is almost finished, the fire sprinklers are getting installed and the stucco preparation is moving forward. We are only a few weeks away from completion. We still need about $150,000.00to come inso that we might complete the building debt-free which is our desire.
We have much to pray for and trust God to provide in the area of our finances this summer. Please commit to pray daily for these needs as we seek to Honor God with the resources that we have been given to help advance His Kingdom here in Northern Nevada.
Thanks for your faithful financial support of the ministry of the Bridge. Your gifts are helping us all make a difference in the lives of so many. Please pray this with me for:
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.” (Ephesians 3:20–21)
Let's ask God to do more that we could ever ask of imagine for His Glory here at the Bridge Church. I look forward to worshiping with you Sunday and hope to see you all here or online.
