Bridge Update!

Happy Friday,

Sunday, we wrap-up our “If Money Talked” Series. We will address the one secret we all must learn on order to remain focused on our financial goals and on our walk with Christ.  You can follow everything we’ve talked about so far, but if you don’t learn this you will find yourself falling back into old patterns and habits.  This is one message that we all need.
Upcoming Events:
Bridge Classes: Sunday May 22, at 12:00 noon: it's not too late to sign up
  • Starting Point: Sign-up to learn more about the mission, vision, beliefs, and values of the Bridge Church. You will have a chance to ask any question you would like to about us and even become a member if you would like. Sign up at https://thebridgereno.com/connect
  • Spiritual Gifts Class: This class will help you better understand how God has designed you to serve and help others. Sign up at https://thebridgereno.com/connect
  • Kids Camp: June 20-24: 5:30-8:30: Come explore what God’s word says about the Fruit of the Spirit. Light supper will be provided. Sign up using the connection card at https://thebridgereno.com/kidscamp We still need volunteers in many areas: teachers, helpers, craft and recreational help as well. 
  • Student Ministries Day Camp: June 27-July 1: Students will have a week filled with activities, fun and will study “The Power of Prayer” together.

May Financial Update: May 1-May 15, 2022: Starting this month, we will give you a mid-month financial update just for the month only.  Here’s where we stand through May 15, 2022

                                          Income: $18,942 Expenses: $26,,654

 We are beginning to fall behind in our General Fund Giving for this year.  As we head towards a summer filled with lots of activities, please pray with me for God’s provision for our needs and then give as God directs and you purpose to do so for His Glory.

I know that we have a lot of activities going on as school is coming to an end and summer is almost upon us. I urge all of us to remain focused on the mission. God has given up to Build Bridge for People to Come to Jesus and grow in His Grace.   None of these activates will matter if we do not keep our eyes on and continue to Love Him and Love Others and share the Love of Christ with them.
