Hello Church Family and Friends,
I hope you are and your family are safe and healthy Don’t forget, we are streaming our service on Sundays at 10:30 am on our website at www.thebridgereno.com or here https://www.facebook.com/theBridgeReno/
This Sunday, we will end our service with communion and we encourage everyone who is able and wants to join us. We suggest having grape juice (or some other juice or wine) and some type of cracker or bread to use. Please click this link for more suggestions about how to prepare and how to address communion with your children. We hope you will join us. https://thebridgereno.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Taking-Communion.pdf
I want to say Thank You also for your continued financial support. Many of you have either mailed your gifts or begun using our online giving option. You can use this link to give online to the Bridge Church in Reno. https://pushpay.com/g/thebridgechurch?src=hpp
Below is where we are financially today as a church for this. As you can see, our giving has been impacted by all of the changes happening in our world over the past few weeks. We know that many of you have lost your jobs or have had your hours cut back significantly and that your giving ability has changed and we understand. But there may also be some of us who are able to give a little more at this time and we ask that you prayerfully ask God if you should.
The Board, staff and I are in the process of reviewing our Church Budget and will be making some cuts to try to help us get through this challenging time. We started out this year with $43,000.00 in reserves and have had to use $18,000.00 of it. Please know that we will stay on top of this situation as I know many of you are having to do that in your own homes as well. God has always been faithful to provide for us. We may have to go through lean times together but I know that He will take care of us as we seek to follow and obey Him.

Please pray for each other and check-in with one another regularly. Let’s do our best not to overlook anyone if at all possible. If you receive this newsletter information but no one has checked in on you, please give me a call at 775-722-1670 to let me know how you are doing and I will do my best to make certain that someone is reaching out to you. This is the time when we need each other the most. I can’t wait to worship with you on Sunday.
