Communion Tomorrow!

Hello Bridge Family and Friends,

Tomorrow we conclude our series on the Fruit if the Spirit by addressing the issue of Self- Control and sharing Communion together.  Please be sure that you have the items available for communion if you are watching from home and that all of us prepare ourselves to come to the Lord’s Table.

Please go to www.thebridgereno.com  to sign-up to join us in-person or join us online at 9:00 or 10:30 am Sunday at https://www.facebook.com/theBridgeReno/, we cana now have approximately 70 people in each service.  Be sure to invite your family and friends to join us.

Chelsea Appreciation: Sunday, March 7th from 11:30 am-1:00 pm in the Kids Kingdom area.  I know that many of you were sadden and surprise at Chelsea’s announcement last Sunday of leaving the Bridge Church. She has made a difference in so many lives with her passion for people and her love of Christ. She will be MISSED. We will have an open house that allows for social distancing so that you may come and go as you would like.  We want to give everyone an opportunity to express their appreciation the Chelsea for her over 8 years of service here.

Moving Forward: I want to let you know that we will address areas of Chelsea’s responsibilities in two ways.

  • Short term: We are working to make certain the areas of Kids Kingdom, Finances, and Benevolence are covered immediately working with volunteers.
  • Long Term: We will take some time to prayerfully consider how we approach these needs. We will keep you informed as we do.

Welcome Center Update: We have received an updated proposal for the building costs and will be providing an update on the Welcome Center for you in the next couple of weeks.

Financial Update: February 23, 2021

Monthly Budget: $42,108   Income: $24,081    Expenses: $38, 975

 Welcome Center: $154,634

Thanks so much for your commitment to this ministry to Build Bridges for people to come to Christ and grow in His grace.  I look forward to worshiping you tomorrow.

Blessings,

Pastor Bill
